Hi, I'm Sarah — a California-certified massage therapist based in Oceanside, California.
I've been practicing massage therapy since 2013, and my path into this work has always been guided by a deep interest in holistic health. After having my first daughter in 2015, I became immersed in everything pregnancy and birth-related — diving into doula education with Birthing From Within before returning to my practice in 2019. That experience shaped my vision: working with clients on the table while supporting women through their childbearing years and beyond.
My approach is somatic and body-led, drawing on deep tissue massage, fascial release, and trigger point therapy. I love working with people from all walks of life — whether you're managing chronic pain, navigating stress, or simply ready to prioritize your body.
