About Sarah Feinstein, CMT

Massage Is For Every Body

My name is Sarah Feinstein, I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Childbirth Educator, and Doula. I have been practicing bodywork since 2013. I first became interested in bodywork therapies in my youth, as I would walk by the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy on my way to school every day. After officially getting my license in 2013, my primary focus was to bring peace and healing to those with chronic pain and every day tension. After finding out I was pregnant in 2015, I started a new journey-- I completed my yoga teachers training during my pregnancy, with an emphasis in Gentle Somatic Yoga. After having my daughter, I became fascinated with every thing related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding. As my daughter became older, my vision of what I had to bring the Birth World became more clear. I studied and trained with Carole Osborne, a pioneer in the prenatal massage world, and learned some of the safest and most effective massage techniques for pregnancy. I have also taken Spinning Babies, and I am an active member of the Birthing From Within community. I use what I have learned from many facets of bodywork to create an effective, therapeutic, balancing, safe, and relaxing, massage.

My love for working with those with chronic pain and every day tension did not dissipate as my love for working with prenatal clients grew. I offer a gentle, relaxing, yet deep massage, which tells your body that it is safe to let go of old patterns, and will make you feel better inside and out.

In every massage, I use a combination of techniques to give you the massage that you need that day. I use a combination of fascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, motor point therapy, energy balancing, acupressure, shiatsu, and more.
