Balanced Bodyworks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the massage therapy practice of Sarah Feinstein, CMT, in Oceanside, California. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to care provided in person.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact or booking form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and service of interest if you choose to provide them. We use this only to respond to you and to arrange appointments.

Information collected automatically.Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It records data such as pages viewed, time on the site, approximate location (city-level, derived from your IP address), and general device and browser type. This helps us improve the site’s content and layout.

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) in your browser to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure return visits. These are not used for advertising, and we do not run ad-tracking pixels or share data with advertising networks.
